Children under the age of 13 can only register with the express consent of a parent or guardian. No outside advertising is permitted on free Member WebPages. No Member is permitted to post advertising or soliciting material within the content area of the free member web page, or any material which may be construed as advertising or soliciting, unless specifically pre-approved by Iraniha Miss Iran. Iraniha Miss Iran reserves the right to place banner advertisements on free Member WebPages.

A member who pays for the advanced web hosting service may utilize the web space for any purpose that does not violate the terms of use otherwise herein stated.

You represent, warrant and covenant that:

Iraniha Miss Iran does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed or distributed through Member Websites. You acknowledge that any third-party reliance upon such opinion, advice, statement or other information provided by you shall be at your sole risk. Iraniha Miss Iran disclaims any and all responsibility for content contained in any third-party material provides through Member links from the Website.

Iraniha Miss Iran disclaims any and all liability associated with download or upload time, or system failure. Members are responsible for maintaining backup files, copies or information on a local drive. Iraniha Miss Iran will not be responsible for any loss of information resulting from the use or loss of use of our services, directly or indirectly.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Iraniha Miss Iran and all of its respective officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors, licensees, successors and assigns (Collectively, the "indemnified parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including reasonable attorneys' and other professional fees) incurred by the Indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Iraniha Miss Iran reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to the indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of Iraniha Miss Iran.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate State or Federal Court located in the State of California. You consent to Service of Process in any legal proceeding.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Iraniha Miss Iran with respect to your use of this website or its Services. Iraniha Miss Iran reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, change, alter, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes in this Agreement will be posted at http://www.iranihamissiran.com/termsofservice.php.
